New Collaborative Consortium Program- Model- Introducing the "Virtual Short Sale Consortium"
For those of you that know me and Mark as Master Elite Members of the SREC coaching Program we are constantly looking for ways to streamline our business and open up new revenue streams. We are excited to open up our experiences to work with SREC students that have demonstrated track records in creating what we are calling the "Virtual Short Sale Consortium".
This collaborative group will work together around a shared revenue model centered on using primary and personal skill sets centric to the short sale/ note workout transaction. It will play to our individual and personal skill sets and strengths using the leverage of like minded people that are interested in working together toward sharing a piece of the profit and who want to specialize on an aspect of the business that they are great at as opposed to doing important parts of the business or transactions poorly if at all.
It seems that all the steps, forms, process, knowledge can be really daunting for a new start up coming and we feel in conjunction with the support and training the SREC is set up to provide we can provide a value added model to help those serious students to reach a new and exciting level in their business which we are literally starting to see happening daily.
We will use Reale Flow and SIMS as a central point of reference in our business building strategy and implementation so your familiarity with these tools is essential for consideration and as a prerequisite you MUST be a paid member of the SREC coaching program.
We are implementing this program currently and have a few remaining spots and will interview prospective participants to work with us. I am interested in developing a compelling case study and business model to present at upcoming SIM's and SREC events to show how working smarter and harder with some of the wonderful tools SREC has developed and provided to us can really impact our bottom lines and make a challenging business more fun and lucrative and less stressful centered on a shared desktop model where fragmented solution providers can act powerful as one FRONT in multiple markets with a local pressence in each market- PRICE LESS.
The ideal markets we will initial focus are NY, NJ, CT, OH, FL, GA, IL, AZ, CA,NV, WA, MD. Whether you are in these market areas or want to work with us to develop and convert leads into these areas this is a new virtual concept and this test group will be composed of very experienced and professional people and will be very results focused.
If interested send me a brief write up of your business where you are executing in your markers and where you would like to contribute to the model in terms of adding value to the short sale acquisition through final settlement process.
Please explain your strengths and where you would rather have someone else outsource certain key aspects of the transaction. Based on a number of people I have spoken with recently and the initial group of participants we expect to put together this concept is a unique solution and resource that we hope the general SREC population will embrace and share with other SREC and prospective SREC students.
In a nut shell we have great people tools and strategies and we hope to develop a model that enable students to apply the wonderful information and education SREC provides into tangible and sustainable revenue to support our business and to allow us to be of greater help to our family, friends, community, and groups we feel compassion toward.
